UPDATE - WEIGH IN - HEALTHY STARTS


WIEGHTLOSS, PROGRESS AND GOOD STARTS



As you may have noticed, I am the worlds most amazing blogger.... minus the amazing bit ! 
 LOL, all jokes aside I want to start being more regular with my blogger posts on this weigh-loss and health journey that I am on.
 For those of you who may just be popping in for the first time, I have decided to go on the path of MOSTLY raw food eating, If you don't know what that is let me explain,
 The Raw food diet is more of a lifestyle change than a diet first of all, basically the moto of the diet is , if it doesn't grow out of the ground, off a tree, or from a bush...don't eat it!
I have officially been at this for about 2 weeks now, and I am already seeing amazing results in my weight and just in the general feel of my body.
I want you all to know it is NOT for the light hearted, it can be emotional and very frustrating.
we like to think we are all in control of our eating habits and we can stop eating the crap whenever we want, but when push comes to shove.. we find our selves back in the old cycle of ,restricting and bindging

I am not going to lie to you, I have slipped up a few times...and for the most part I have logged it on my youtube channel..which you can find here:

I originally was going to do daily vlogs, but this proved to be a bit much at the moment, but I will be aiming for  a few times per week.

Alright then, with that out of the way... I will get on with telling you how much I have lost to date. NOW just so you know I have decided to only weigh in every Sunday morning..as to not discourage my self.
BUT in the first 7 days of eating very clean and even doing some  juicing I lost 7 pounds!!! WHAAATTTTTTTT!!!
that to me is just CRAZY...but not only was I trying to loose some pounds...I long term want to see if I can get rid of some annoying aches and pains I have had so far
the swelling in my legs has come down quite a bit..and my stomach doesn't protrude out like a 7 month pregnant lady, and  reset my eating habits.. I have already starting craving the good stuff over the bad.
I have found the trick to this is keeping the bad stuff out of the house as well, and make sure you have food on hand! I find that any time I have slipped up, it is when I wait to long before meals and dont have a lot of food options in the house. KEEP WELL STOCKED.

I feel SKINNY when I wake up lol, and I even started to some work outs..which I will be filming this upcoming week, so go over and check that out for sure, it should be a whoot.

I hope to update you on some recipes  and give you guys some tips and tricks that I have been learning along my journey.
