UPDATE AND NEW START DATE!

Hey everyone, 

 I am sure you have noticed that today is the 2nd of January NOT the 1st like I said I would be posting video health vlog on. I will be starting my recording tomorrow January the 3rd...because as it turned out everything was closed on new years day, ( who would have thought lol)  making it very hard to stock up on groceries~ 

 Needless to say I quickly failed sometime around 1pm, after attempting to eat carrots blended with water as a way to keep my hunger at bay!   ( BAD IDEA)  lol, 

        Today I decided to buy an omega juicer, since my old one is unable to juice leafy greens..which is what I am mostly looking for in a juicer.    

 So with that being said, my NEW start date will be tomorrow, January 3rd 2015!   I would love some suport and encouragement as I am sure many of you reading this would as well! It would be great to maybe start a little challenge group even?  If you are interested in joining a challenge with me or have any ideas to put forth! comment below or feel free to message me with your interest! It would make transitioning into a healthy life style much easier knowing that others are suffering the withdrawals along side us, don't you think ?? . lol  

I can't wait to get started, and start using all of my new kitchen appliances, all I am missing now is my long awaited ' EXCALIBUR DEHYDRATOR',  I think I will get on that one asap!

 Now don't get me wrong, I have done 'RAW' food eating in the past, with none of these kitchen enhancements and it is possible, however if you were to invest in ANYTHING, it should be a decent blender!  A great starter blender in my opinion for those of you who like to be or simply have to be frugal,  would be the HEALTH MASTER BLENDER ,  It will do the trick for every blending need, it is high powered and this is what I have been using for years leading up to the purchase of my vita-mix.  blender!  and the Health master will also allow payment plans.
